WHAT?

Our social label KitePride creates safe and fair jobs in South Africa for people from the townships, who suffer from extreme poverty and are particularly vulnerable to exploitation. All proceeds from our products go to glowbalact's employment and job integration programs.

HOW?

Our partner production facility in Cape Town SA manufactures KitePride products under ethical working conditions. We upcycle used kitesurfing sails and other repurposed materials into new products. Each one-off bag keeps materials out of landfills.

WHY?

People living in extreme poverty face increased risks of domestic violence, trafficking, and exploitation. They are often forced into prostitution under false promises. Even after they are freed, it is almost impossible to return to a self-determined life without support. To prevent this, we create fair jobs and invest our income in work and integration programs for survivors.

What Our Customers Say

We gave the laptop sleeves as a gift to our employees on a company trip and everyone just loved it! It's an amazing combination of quality, cool and unique product that also creates a positive impact. Above all, this gift is connected to our company values!
